First of all I would like to thank those who tried and tested the beta, you folks have helped me so much and I am incredibly grateful for the time you spent trying out the software.

Entity Workshop 2 is a much larger program from a code perspective, so it is harder for me to test every aspect under all conditions. At this stage I am happy to release the software. If however, you do uncover a bug or error, please report it on this thread.

EW2 doesn't have any new Textures or Templates, this is an area I will look into next.

Installation instructions are in the readme.txt file within the zip.

You can now download EW2 from the new website, hosted by Alyssar Digital Arts Platform. Be sure to check out the "Help" section, should you come across any problems.

Entity Workshop 2 Website

New features include:

* TGA texture support.
* New navigation system.
* Material Index Panel.
* Grid visibilty control.
* Mannequin scale guide.
* Smarter open dialogs and saving.

Wow, amazing. Like the splash screen and he program works fine

Thanks!

EDIT: Actually there is one suggestion: Can you make it so that you don't have to keep clicking on the scale buttons, you just hold it down?

Thanks for the kind words guys

Deathead: The Mannequin is a scale guide similar to the segment scale guide, it provides an idea of the space the player of your game will inhabit. This can help you create chest height, head height, waist head entities etc. You can use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the Mannequin into a convenient spot on the grid.

...Like the Scale man in MagicFPS. Speaking of MAgic FPS, I wish I never paid for that now I've got this!

Magic FPS is an amazing product which covers a greater spectrum of custom content than Entity Workshop, EW is similar but limited to static objects. Magic FPS boasts segments, doors and over 50 high quality textures straight out of the box.

I like to think that Entity Workshop and Magic FPS make a great team

I think this program is great, but no offense I find that MagicFPS is better and I am sticking with it, but I will always use your program if something goes wrong there where somethings wrong the fact that when you scale your object it does it in a set way I think that you should make it so you click and hold on which scale you want and it starts to scale it with out picking how far it goes up

Thanks for this.

Been looking forward to it ever since the first version came out.

Love the texture scaling feature. That alone has made this one of my regular FPSC apps for testing new content ideas.

Nice one (or two rather)

I Sent you an email asking a question about it...

But i tried it out! Its very good. I own MAGICFps and this is almost as good as that but IT had segment capabilities. But considering the price drop (TO NOTHING!) this is GREAT!

I'm not sure if it matters now, but I apologize for the whole incident involving the signs awhile ago... I am very sorry and hope to once again enjoy these forums!

Really good program, thanks! Perhaps it wourld be even better if You courld see the size of the mesh in realtime..
Courld look like this:

X 100 Y 200 Z 100

Then You can make two or three "segments" in one!
(Or You can change the grid to size 100x100, 16 of them as today)

This is great Wehtam_

Hey bud,

Love your work and great product I use it all the time.

Some suggestions for the program.
Add options like the TGC entity maker so you can select if the entity is a character, item, weapon, or object etc and add options depending on option selected. Like sound files.

Add the ability to create segments as well. That would make this program above all.

Thanks a million for your time, James (AKA FastBurst)
