Well, my entry is as ready as it can get I suppose.

And 2 in-action shots.

Please note. The rider was made before this competition began. To be fair, do not include the rider in any judging! These are simply here for everyone to be entertained by the final product.

Votes will be tallied on the 21st, so you may leave your votes in place if you'd like, or you may vote once all entries have been placed.

I would deeply prefer that all users wait to vote until the 17th when all entries are in to give everyone a fair chance. Just edit your posts and change them once entries are in.

How do you know its huge... the image is huge, but the creature could be climbing on small pebbles or boulders, he didnt say it was climbing on a mountain.

Thanks Agent Dink

I will make a thread for it when it is textured. I have never textured an organic before so I'm not sure how it will turn out.

I vote Dink

GAAAAAAHHH!!!

hope im not too late, had to grind like hell to finish this, i recall falling a sleep a few times during as well

finished (although i would have liked to have spent a bit more time on the texture in some areas)

edit:

i vote Dink too, its just so hilarious nice entries from all, im not sure if mine is too late or whatever but it was very fun, and is a VERY nice (IMO) creature addition to my portfolio.

This will certainly not be the end of mounts for me, I'd like to create something epic like a nazgul when i have time

due to the time restraints, the last bits of the texture were not recorded on video, which means only half of it will be in the video, which i will get started on editing soon

edit 2:

not renders by the way, didn't have enough time to fuss around with lighting (plus the transparency was proving a pain when it came to the vertex lighting)

yes fair enough but he posted on the 17th and entries were to be in *by the 17th* so he was a little late.

Very nice entry though.

My vote for agent dink though, jf coming a close 2nd.

<edited> el zilcho's is still worth a mention, I think I may have voted for this if it had been finished. very nice model (hope to see it finished soon).
