Hey Guy's
I usually wait until I'm finished to post my models on the forum, but I decided to show some progress this time, here is one of the models that will be in my upcoming model pack. This pack will not be free this time but it won't cost alot either.

This Alligator has a bad attitude if you wonder to close to him he will have you for snack.

When you moved to the croc's right, it was still biting forward and dealing damage.......

Still, it's better than alot of models round here and other than that it's quite flawless.

You can change that in the script, I had him turning in the players direction no matter how close you are to him but for the video I adjusted the script to show everyone a side view of his mouth in action.

I got a little crazy a made a bloody skin for hi, like he just got done chowing down on a few people

he is 2382 polys

Looks great Martin; it's about time you start getting some cash for your work.

Could you script it, so that after taking 50% damage, it changes textures to the bloody version? I wonder if that would look good?

Keith I was think the same thing?

I'm modeling a Hammer Head Shark right now, I want to make this pack so it will work in X9 and X10 both that is why I’m making a Shark, the new water in X10 needs some “Sharks with laser beams attached to there heads “ Joke!
But I thought it would be cool to have some man eating sharks to use in the water plains X10 and in X9 in a underwater environment scene.
This pack will also have some human characters also, as for the price I’m thinking around 9 or 10 bucks(USD).

Screenie of Shark so far, I just stated to UV map him

Very nice idea, wonder how characters will act underwater...

Sweet alligator. About Keith's idea, the change would look kinda' weird because it would just randomly switch, which would be really noticeable. Try changing it's texture once it dies, it looks much better. Got that idea from Meat.

There should be an X10 version of the shark. That's where the water is?

Thanks Guy's

I plan on making a version for X9 and X10 although I believe the shark will obviously work better in X10 with the water plain unless Lee decides to put a water plain in X9 (pure speculation), I'm going to have to rescale the alligator he is rather large in X10, he is scaled at 80% in the pictures in X9. I'm still messing around with the shark trying to rig it using a biped instead of a custom rig.

Whoah! Nice models man ! Really good job on that shark .
But it's looks like you model every tooth ? You know you could save a lot of ploys with a alpha map.

Anyway good job !

I'm just curious, where is the base of the shark and how will it react to player shots? It looks to be a difficult target in a head-on situation.

Nice animation.

Best.

There was a DBPro user named Wolf, but he changed his name to Ron Erickson as soon as he became a mod, which was right around the time you joined. So every time I see your name in a thread, I think it's him.

Great work, Chupa Cabra, can't wait to see it ingame.
