This looks like a nice program but why would someone pay 49 Euros when you can use Phoenix standard Game protection and it is free right now and it has more features? And there 49 dollar version has online and offline registration keys. The price for Smartpacker just seems a little high compared to Phoenix

Smart Packer uses an optional secure zone where all files are stored. This means no extracting files before game play. It is easy to use and requires minimal system resources. Smart Packer is one tool for game- and application developers. I don't think you can compare both programs.

The upcoming release (free for registered users) will add more nice features.

Yes it's still in the works. Within a few weeks we come with a new version, much better security and more features.
