I All

I would Like to create a fantastic Rope effect like this picture for a graphical demo,
but I dont see how i can make this.

any Idea to suggest?

Well the important thing is what is this "rope" doing? I'm guessing it's animated in some way. It's probably generating a wave somehow and then wrapping it into a circle. Without having a video or something I'd find it a bit hard to give a more specific guess than that

it reminds me of something floating in the water with caustic effects. I think this could be done by adding a noise effect to a circle equation. I'll play around with it.

I don't have the internet at home currently, so it's taken me awhile to get to posting this. This is sort of close, but if you can manage to make a spline curve smoothly around these points then I think you'd have a nice effect.
