I'm almost ready to post my particle displayer program, see
this thread, but one thing is making me crazy.

When a particle is rotated, the "floor plane" rotates with it, so it seems to be impossible to have a jet of particles that shoot up at an angle, then fall to the ground below. Gravity makes them fall back towards the rotated floor of the particle.

Is there some way to have the particles always fall towards -y? Maybe an undocumented emitter rotation instead of the particle rotation?

Anyway, here's a screenshot of the program so far, I'm a couple hours of work away from putting it up on the Program Announcements board...
