I assumed you were in the UK since amounts are in GBP or whatever they are. You know, it's a horrible exchange rate right now.

@mgarand, no idea whats up with that, I dont have any problems accessing the paypal page and others too seem to get it ok, maybe the wife has locked ya out
If you try one of the other skybox buttons and it lets you purchase just use that one, I will know it is you and send you the cities pack.

These are created in Max using Dreamscape for atmospheres, Groundcrew for procedural textures and Vray multiscatter for instance placement.
They take a lot of time and work to get just right.

I will find a way to buy them , i love them, i use vue free edition, also really good in rendering.

You should check Renderosity and vendor MRX3010

He has some great options for building ruined cities, it looks like from your renders you use Vue, so its perfect for you, With the content from MRX3010 you could make a whole pack just on a apocalyptic theme.
By the way, I am still the skybox king
