I would:
1st, call the bank see if it was indeed them that "blocked" it.
2nd, if it was, cancel the old attempts on the card, then redo the order and tell your bank to allow it.
3rd, if it was not your bank, email TGC support again.
They are very good about these things, just short handed when it comes down to things I think. But over all the job always gets done.

Just saying, I agree with you, Banks never call, if its a Mattress or a Bank, they are just jelious cause they have to sit there and pretend they own our money inside their bank.
