Hello! I Bought FPSCR About 1 month ago and since the last time i checked (2 days ago) it still said "awayting payament" and now it got deleted...Seriously what the hell is this? ive put everything right and still notthing...send a email to tgc and they didnt even respond.

You do know that FPSC-R isn't actually completed yet?!

They can't send you anything nor can you download anything.

You are backing the product in the early stages to show interest and reserve a copy as soon as it is available.

Was the amount ever taken out your account? If it was I'd be glad to send Rick an email for you. Or you could send him one yourself.

If the amount has never been taken out of your account (in other words you have not actually paid for it) then what you probably need to do is buy the backer agreement again. This is how they clean things up. It's happened to me with model packs where I would have to order again. Of course, this is only if you have never given them any monies from any of your accounts.

I understand how you feel. Especially since they did not let you know what's going on. They are missing at least on person who had worked for them, Mike Johnson, so things must be quite hectic there. He left in November to work on new projects. So, you might have "fell through the cracks" as we say in America as far as responding to your request. It does sound as if they did respond by deleting the old buy request.

I hope you are able to understand what I am trying to say as it is hard for me to say anything in simple English.

The thing is: Its been a month and it said "Awaiting payament" for the whole time.they said it was normal but now it got cancelled.tomorrow i will try again and if they will delete it again i wont try anymore

It was awaiting payment and because of a problem it never went through (or came). It would probably be in that state forever and that is why they needed to delete it. Hopefully, it will go through this time without any problems.

check your bank card, they are more then likly blocking the payment. My bank "Chase" in the USA blocks the game creators payments because its going over seas. So if you do not approve it, your bank blocks it. Call your bank if it pends again.

When I tried to back FPSCR on KickSarter, It got rejected and I couldn't complete the transaction. A few minutes later my bank called and asked if it was me trying to place the charge. I had never made a charge like that with that card, so they blocked it. Not all banks call you though, so you may need to check with them if it continues.

What? A bank calling it's customer? Preposterous I say. It's 2013. I thought they all had automated tellers.

My mattress never calls if we spend money.


There's no problem that can't be solved without applying a little scripting.

I wouldn't say they "deleted it". Most likely an error related situation with the system here or your bank.

I would:
1st, call the bank see if it was indeed them that "blocked" it.

2nd, if it was, cancel the old attempts on the card, then redo the order and tell your bank to allow it.

3rd, if it was not your bank, email TGC support again.

They are very good about these things, just short handed when it comes down to things I think. But over all the job always gets done.

Just saying, I agree with you, Banks never call, if its a Mattress or a Bank, they are just jelious cause they have to sit there and pretend they own our money inside their bank.

2: I Cannot call my bank because im NOT using a credit card: im using a visa card called Postepay wich is basically a empty card,you can go to a bar and put the money in the card and then buy with it.it is supported because some time ago i bought some store points with it

im sorry, I didnt read that anywhere above.

EDIT:
also, the money you prepay into the Postepay card goes into an account which is held by VISA or (the VISA banker) so it would be uner an account. there are numbers on the card? thats the account number. There should then be a phone number to call on the back of the card. Just a thought... after some google support that I read about.

Did you contact the Support Mail for assistance for this problem?

Also is the order you placed still showing as 'Awaiting Payment'? If so, include the order number in your Support Mail message.

If the order is no longer there (automatic cleanup after several weeks of 'awaiting payment') then it may be worthwhile to try placing the order again and still contacting Support Mail with your new order number and explain what happened last time. This should ensure whatever it was that stopped your payment last time in dealt with.

Hope this helps to resolve the problem.
