I also have a youtube video of the game at: This also demonstrates the load time of the map itself which is quite fast.

The youtube video is a image of one of the towns I created in tiled and used my sprite editor to import it into agk. Some other things I have created in this game include a store and buying equipment.

Some nice graphics there. What style of RPGet are you planning? What is the story?

Story bah, how needs a story just kidding, but I bought most of the graphics and mixed and matched them to get a good sprite sheet. I also modified the sprites to fit my needs that I purchased. The Game name is Distant lands of erilyn. I have to make a story know .
Yea i got the people to walk around my town by using nodes.

I think this looks really promising.

If you get stuck for a story, you could always take a different approach and make it more sand box game with lots a mini-quests, rather than one long story, a bit like Mount and Blade but maybe with more character interaction.

You can go to fiverr.com and get some one to write a 500 word story for you for $5.
It will be your story free and clear. From there you could expand the story yourself.

here is the customized tiled sheet I worked on. This was kind of hard to do. I made this customized sprite sheet because some of the images I was using I could not use. I also have to recreate some of my characters. It takes about a week to make one sprite sheet. I use to do alot of 3d studio so this is not to difficult. I also used gimp maybe i make a youtube video of how i make sprite sheets. This is called the building tiled set.
