Is there a way to do anti aliasing in dark basic pro or anisotropic filtering and how?

Only texture filtering that I know of and that's per texture/object.

You could scan the entire screen and blur every group of 4 pixels together and repaste the image, but that would be vewy vewy slow

Maybe it can be accessed through a dll? Like the DirectX dll's or a custom dll command?

Yeh because on my grahpic card setting it allows for the aplication to decide how much anti alliasing can be on.

Actually, I believe that feature is just meant for you to be able to change the AA from inside the game, and not with an external Windows program. It doesn't actually change it for you.
