Hi everyone!
I know almost everyone wants to give thier game a out-door touch. I've found an easy solution.
I've resently worked on an out-door pack I like to call it the Out-door architect. It's great to work with and easy to use. The V1 of this pack includes: Sea sand Sand,3 types of Rock walls/floors, Grass-rock wall, grass wall, floor and much more.

x Make professional looking hills, footways, paths etc. in no time
x Anyone can use it, it's really, really easy to use.
x Make your out-door map within fpsc
x Espesialy made for fpsc this model pack is in the correct form to be acepted by fpsc
x Cheap updates released monthly (v1 Required to update)
x Gives your game that professional touch
x NO file converting neccesary already in the correct format. Just unzip and the out door entities is in fpsc ready to use
x You can basically make any form hill or foot path because it is a entity in fpsc.
x You can e-mail suggestions of what type of out door wall/floor you want

I hope youre as exited as I am. If youre not you will be when you see the screenshots of it taken from within fpsc. The v1 will be priced between $5 and $10 and the updates will be $5 and will be released montly according to youre requests. I'll give you the location of the sreenshots as soon as I release them.
And if anyone knows a better place to host stuff than tubosquid pleez tell me coz then my prices will be 50% lower for everyone! (they take 50% of youre profit )

STOP LOOKING AT MY STUPID SIGNITURE!!! So youre still loking, huh?..... STOP IT! I could'nt think of anything better!

well this should probably be in the Models and Media forum, but I'm not like SOME PEOPLE! *hint hint someone!*

30 bucks? thats 10 bucks more expensive then the model pack!?
If I were you I wouldn't use turbo squid, as cool as it might be, it's just not as profitable, besides, its really geared towards people that arn't useing FPSC. You could build your own site, then use Paypal. Then you could require that buyers email you, telling you that they want to buy it, and then once they pay, they have to email you again. When you see the payment in your paypall account then you could email your product out.

One problem about paypall is it has so many hackers on it, you have to constantly withdraw your money, like, everytime you have 10 bucks. I saved 111 dollars in it once, and it all got stolen. That money would have gone towards FPSC model packs.

(I also know another person that sold a samarii sword for $500, that money all got stolen the next week.)

Another thing: I would have the release price at 5 bucks, my reasons:

1) More people will buy it, thus increaseing your profit. you could just sell it for a whole bunch, but then only like 5 people would buy it. And V2 would probably bring even less customers.

2) The cheaper it is, the more people will want to talk about it, and marketing by word of mouth can be a powerful thing over time!
just imagine hearing this guys selling a media pack for 5 bucks?!
I wouldn't mind telling all my friends! Then when V2 comes out, ha! I'd get it! So if see what I mean, (FPSC used the same technique) if you can get people talking, you'll earn more in th long run if it was way below 20-30 bucks.

3) Ever thought of your customer return rate? Customers that liked V1 would be back to buy V2 if they thought it was good. That means that for V2 to be succsesful,it would REALLY help if V1 was too.

4) Also, remmember, FPSC is selling world-wide, you could probably get alot more customers if you sold V1 at the 20th of September.
Just a sugestion.

By any chance... were you looking for a partner? I'd love to help until V2 comes out. all I'd need is like, %20 profit, (as long as I'm working for you) and a free copy of the finished product. I have Treemagik G2 but I don't use it much anymore. I can also re-texture segments. I also know of some good paces to get textures. So I shouldn't be at a loss.

When FPSC gets good enough, lets make a Redwall game!

BIG computer geek believe me you will be impressed. It's better than geoscape-3d, MUCH BETTER! You can add lots more detail. I just made a scene, where i had to make my way up a mountain around waterfalls (decal) over rocks around caves and at last I was at the top where a secret military base was. I destroyed the base and my mission was complete. I almost forgot I was playing a game in fpsc! You will all love it! And I will probaly make it cheaper, the $20-$30 was just a thought. Because if I use Turbo Squid and i charge $20 I actualy only get $10. But I dont think I will charge less than $10

Well, I'd exept Skalex offer to do the site. I could download the files to my computer and send email them out to the people that buy them. I could probably make a script that would create an order form, and when someone submits it, it would email to me and you. Then you could both keep tracks of sales while I send the files out useing [href]www.YouSendIt.com[/href]

And if you need something retexured then you could email it to me anytime

And Alex like I said I probaly wont charge that much!
I only whould have charged that much because Turbosquid takes 50% of my cut! It will be $15 and a update may vary from $5-$10
