That is beautiful! Great work. Can't wait to try this out on a terrain.

(Beware of the concatenation needed to make this code work though - goto 'system options' and set '...' as the concatenation symbol)

The code below produces a scrolling random cloudy sky which continually changes. The main code is based on my first post but some details had to be changed to make the clouds scroll smoothly while changing the images.

On my machine I was able to get smooth scrolling with n=8 (i.e. 256x256 bitmaps) giving a screen fps of about 50.

The program displays the first two cloud images and them performs the scrolling.
