Hello, F.P.S.C users. Today i am going to be telling how to make a multiplayer fps creator game after the gamelist server error date. I will have evidence of a video showing that it does work. The video was recorded today around 2 AM, Thursday, March 5th 2016!.

(optional)!! - Okay, here we go! Right click on your F.P.S.C shortcut and go to, "open file location". go to, "files\entitybank", find and edit the .FPE files of any of the characters you want to put in your game. You can modify their scale (body character height!) anywhere from 80 - 105, not less or higher than those amounts.

Only modify their health, their scale, the gun they use and their voice. To make a voice use .wav files and put them in a folder and call that folder something you remember.

To make voice(s) for your characters in the multiplayer F.P.S.C game; Use the name of the folder in the voice to use the voice for your character in the multiplayer game your making. Make sure that the voice folder(s) are with in your voices folder that is in the, "files\audiobank\voices" folder! You can have up to 3 hurts, "hurt1.wav", "hurt2.wav", and "hurt3.wav"! You can make one death noise called, "finalmoan.wav". You can have a sound of jumping, "leap.wav" and a sound of landing, "land.wav". If you want the character to make a noise when spawning in, make a, "spawn.wav" sound! You can make these sound files in a program called, "audacity".

If you want the character to have custom health, you can set the health anywhere from 50 to 500. The health is best at 100.

If you want the character to spawn with a weapon, search for, "hasweapon = ". You can search through the weapons in the, "file\gamecore\guns" folder. You can also modify the gun sounds and change how many bullets or how much damage they give. To change how many bullets or how much damage they give, go to the "gunspec.txt" file in any gun folder and change, "reloadquantity" for how much bullets for each clip and/or change, "damage" for gun damage for each bullet. "iterate" is how many bullets can be fired each time the gun is shot, "0" is default for some guns. You can also modify the gun sounds by replacing them with your own sounds.

When setting the gun, You need to set the folder name and the name of the gun. Example; There is a gun in the ww2 folder, called "colt45"; You wound need to set the folder name first "ww2\" then the name of the gun next to it "ww2\colt45". No slashes after or before the names; only between them!

You can also leave the, "hasweapon" space blank if you don't want them to spawn with a weapon.

You can also name your character if you want.

IN A MULTIPLAYER F.P.S.C GAME; YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY DOORS THAT ARE NOT AUTOMATIC. If you don't want doors, just have openings in your walls. You cannot have weapons that are explosives either. You also cannot have lights or any markers in your game, because we will be using characters!

When your done modifying your characters and guns, it's time to make the game. Go build a level and put in characters that you edited or default characters that people will spawn in as, no start markers, because people will be spawning as the characters you set down.

When your done laying everything out. (MAKE SURE YOUR ENTITIES ARE IN STATIC MODE or just build in multiplayer mode for easier use of the engine.)

Do not set the guns or characters in static mode. Right click on the guns you set down; Set the gun(s)', "maximum spawn" to, "999"; So, your weapons can re-spawn, or not if you don't want them to. Do this for ammo and health as well. Make sure, "Number to spawn" and "max at any time" are still on, "1"! Make sure "spawn after delay" is on. For weapons ammo, you can set it anywhere from, 1 - 10 or any amount you want really.

For the delay; You need to set that to, 200, 500, or 1000, no more or less than those numbers. The bigger the number, the longer time it will take to re-spawn.

When you are done, save your game, click file > new. Go to file > preferences and set it to multiplayer. Click, "ok". Go to file, build game and set peekings to any other keys; So, no one will cheat in your game. Go to the level settings tab and set the map to your level you made. Go to the Textures tab and set all of the settings to off and low. You don't need light-mapping and high graphics in your game! Go to the Arena tab and set your game mode to one of the three selections. For "frags (kills) with in a mount of time", set the time. Each second is 1000. Example, 1 minute should equal 60000 [if i am right].

You can only go up to the amount of 8 characters i believe. But for any of the versions lower than, "1.16" You can only get 4 players! You can have more than 8 characters, but not more than 8 players [I THINK]! But still the players is anywhere from 2 - 8 for versions, "1.16" and up, and 2 - 4 for versions, "1.15" and lower.

For the frags (kills), it's to good to have it at anywhere from 15 to 50, but you can set it to whatever you want!~

For, "first to any objective" < I am not sure how to set that one up.

For start markers, you can have the player start from the marker they spawned from using, "use default start makers" or you can have them spawn at random places of all the other characters places including the default spot by using, "random start marker".

Go to build settings and make sure, "shaders", "auto floor", and "lightmapping" are all off. Name your game with the, ".exe" extention and set your destination of the game to the location of where you want to be built to! Now close it to save all of your settings by clicking ok at the bottom. Now go to file > build game > build settings tab and then build the game!

Right after your done. Go to your firewall settings in your control panel find a way to add your fpsc game to the firewall and find your game to add it to the, "allow programs list" in your firewall. Right after that, turn off your fire wall!

MOST IMPORTANT STEPS HERE \/

(You may or may not need to do this part) For person who is hosting; You need to portforwad. Right click on your connection icon in the lower bottom-left of your screen. Go to > network and sharing center. Click on the blue words of your connection your using, click on, Details. Find your IPV4 gateway or gateway and it will tell you what it is. Type that ip into your address bar. Log in to your router using one of the following logins:

Cap'd A on admin/administrator or maybe not!

Username: admin
Password: admin

or

Username: admin
Password: password

If it not one of those, call your internet service provider (the people who help you with your internet router) and ask them to portforward or what the login is, so you can get in for yourself.

If you've successfully made it into your router, go find your port forwarding settings and Add your port and make sure it's set to active (if it asks for being active). Look for, "add custom service" or "add ports" or something like that.

Make the port name, "FPSC" without quotes! Make the port version is "U.D.P" if possible. Set the number to 2303 in start and end ports. If it's just one port number-space then just enter in 2303 still. Add the port. Make sure to go to the network settings like you did before and check what your ipv4 address was so you can add the port to that connection your using.

Now after portforwadering, IF YOU HAVE TO! I cannot tell, because my I.S.P wont let me check my ports or portforward my stuff! Download hamachi and make an account for hamachi. Login and verify your account! make a network or 2 network if your game has more than 5 players! and send the network name and password to your friends. Right click on your hamachi ip and copy ipv4 address.

YOU HAVE TO PORTFORWAD AND USE HAMACHI AT THE SAME TIME IDK WHY. But you probably again wont have to do so. If the hamachi idea does not work, try porting and then running the hamachi idea again.

Now, go to your main folder of your game and open the, "setup.txt" file. Make sure your settings looks something like this!! Below taunts, if there are any taunts.

[GAMERUN]
realgameview=1
dynamiclighting=0
dynamicshadows=0
useeffects=0
useeffectsonguns=0
useeffectsonscene=0
useeffectsonentities=0
dividetexturesize=0

[GAMEMULTIPLAYER]
multiplayergame=3
gameobjectivetype=2
gameobjectivevalue=20
oneshotkills=0
maxplayers=8
spawnrandom=0

Do not touch: uniquegamecode=

Make sure multiplayergame is 3!!!!!!!!!!!

Now go to files > languagebank > text files and open up, "fpsc-050.txt". Hold ctrl on your keyboard and press f, let go. A search window will pop up. Search for, "619" and press enter. Click cancel to get the little search window out of your way. Replace "www.fpscreator.com" with your hamachi ipv4 address. Your friends will have to do the same with their hamachi ip on their side as well.

Now, lastly, open the game, put in your name, host the game twice!! Otherwise it wont work (I don't mean open the game twice). I don't why it's like that, but it is, it has to be done that way. Exit game, then hit host again. Make sure your friend(s)' game was closed; Then, have them open it after you've hosted and re-hosted. Give them your hamachi ip and have them enter it in join game.

If it says, "waiting to join..." for your friend(s). you or they have done something wrong.

Hope this helps! Here's a video showing evidence of a multiplayer game working after the gamelist servers were shut down:

You should be able to use lights (static) I do.
My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
Lots and lots of random features...

One question. When ever I make a multiplayer game, if I make it off of X9, I just get an error. If I make it off of X10, I get an error too, but it says that it cannot connect to the games servers. I could use help please!

@TMoney Moterbike Dude

Did you follow =

In your game folder, go to the setup file and set multiplayer game to 3

" [GAMEMULTIPLAYER]
multiplayergame=3 "

Without quotes!

Then, go to C:\your-user\location-of-your-game-folder\files\languagebank\text files\ > open, "fpsc-050.txt" and look for, "619=" and set it to your hamachi ip address. Your friend(s) that are connected to your hamachi server have to do the same to their fpsc-050.txt but with their own hamachi ip(s).

!!! Not, "www.fpscreator.com". !!!

If there is no way that worked You could port forward, "2303" with the name "FPSC" and set it to "UDP". Then in the fpsc-050.txt try changing, "619=" to "619=www.thegamecreators.com" or "secure.thegamecreators.com" while still using hamachi ip if your router ip isn't working.

When hosting a fpsc game; You have to host it and then exit game to host one more time. Always, hit host twice. When you host the first time, your friends arn't able to connect to the game on the first time it's hosted, because it's still trying to use the main source from tgc's webpage. So, host and then re-host after exit.

Hope this helps. let me know.
