Davy B,

Greetings. That's a very nice effect. Kudos!

Any chance you'll post a brief tutorial on the steps you took to get your effect?

Thanks,

Seth Black

excellent, perhaps it would be an idea to animate a foam decal, where the waterfall meets the pool.

Other than that, it looks fanastic. If I were you I'd make the falling texture more rushing, so it's not the same flow as the pool.

But inovative and excellent.

I'll tell you how i did it, i choose the flowing water from Sprite Pack 1, then i changed the main script from decalflat to decalfixed.
The only thing is that you got to keep the entity flat in the map editor or you water won't be straight, if you try it, your have to play around with it to get it right as it took me 20 minutes to put together.

looks great; but you might have a problem with the wate in the pool. Jump in it and crouch; you'll see what i mean.

It might not be the best way; but you could use invisable segments to stop the player entering the area.

Big Computer Geek, thanks for the link but I am sure xplosys will want people to visit the main page instead of directly linking to his downloads (by passing the EULA).
