no.......did you saw the screenshot?
this is a game with NO EXTERNAL MEDIA...this is made 100% in DB code.



for now you can:

-cut trees (the threes are cutted at the right place..if you jump...)
-plow the ground
-make grow some vegetable (you see them grow)
-make some building (tree warehouse)
-jump
-and much more to come

well that would explain the crisp 3d graphics, in that case well done, i too am keen for making games with no media. I dunno if you ever saw the source for the maniac converter, but with it you could turn any image (although large ones take forever) into code, so you could have designed ur sprites with much better software.

yeah maniac i coded a program who convert a .bmp into a .DBA

just enter the Image Name without the ".bmp" extension..and it will make you a .DBA...that contain the image...

just try that:


but i dont use it...cause of the limitation of data...anyway i like much to do all in code..

well mine you have to place the image in the folder, change the name in the code, run it, and it will save a long data chain to the clipboard, then there is a function to restore the image... i did it with a 256x256... thats over 900000 numbers in the data string, it took ages to convert, ages to paste, and everytime i pressed enter, it took ages to move it down a line. Not very practical. But ideal for smaller images... i think upto 100x100

i thinked to ..a method who will work only if you give the code..it wont work if you compile it..witout the code..

in theorie it was to put each pixel in "rem"
and then read it own .dba file to construct the image
it should work.....
