@KeithC and Robert F - the game has grown slightly, making a demo just about practical. So long as you don't mind a very short demo. ETA a couple of weeks, hopefully

Cheers

WOW, WOW, WOW, WOW, HOLY CRAP THIS LOOKS AWESOME. It looks like a DOOM3 type game, I've tried doing one similar but the stock sci-fi stuff didn't work well with it, I couldn't get it to look really cool like yours, I'm working on a modernday horror now. Awsome custom's dude. The blood on the paper was really disturbing though. Speaking of which, how did you make the note appear, I need text message stuff like that (without the blood on it) for my game.

I can imagine becoming really immersed in this game...

To paraphrase Mark Twain, reports of my vaporization have been greatly exaggerated...

red|MIST is currently jogging on the spot until I see what TGC's plans are for future development of the original FPSC. To be honest, I'm not very optimistic about those plans, but FPSC X10 is a non-starter for me as I've no intention of switching to Vista, so I'm hoping I'll be proved wrong.

With luck, I'll be pressing on with red|MIST early in the new year, working with a shiny new update of FPSC

Cheers

I have no idea how I've missed this one. I hope it continues and is going well. The screen shots are excellent. May I borrow some for fpsFREE.com?

Best.

I think he means the lightning on the little stair. It looks cool. But otherwise, it's done with modeling.

@ Orrion Carn - Umm, it's been so long that I've forgotten what I was linking to there. I think the linked-to post may have been edited in the meantime. Still, re-texturing tutorials abound, just search the boards.

With regard to the screenshot, Inspire's right, it's a custom wall segment, with an illumination map on the staircase.

@ Corky - I never post my email address on public boards. I'll contact you at the addy you've given here.

@ Deathead - Thanks mate!

@ xplosys - I'm easy to miss, I'm a low-key kind of guy Glad you like the screenies, feel free to borrow at will.

Cheers

- Graham

@ darimc - I think the answer to your question is cunningly hidden in a post of mine a bit further up, you know, the one where I'm talking about my future plans for red|MIST...

@ xplosys - Thanks for the coverage mate, that's a good-looking site you've got there

Cheers
