Well, my alarm clock broke some time ago, so one night I whipped up a quick fix for that issue, and since then I slowly added more features and a usable GUI for this little project. I'm gonna give it away to everyone. Hope someone can use it.

Download page:
http://www.silver-dawn.net/index.php?page=apps/apps.php

Features:

-Works just like a real bed-side alarm clock

-Use your own alarm sound, no more annoying beeps or buzzes unless you so choose, Alarm Clock supports .WAV sound effects,
and .WMA and .MP3 music files, so you can wake up to your favorite tunes! 2 examples included in the "alarms" folder

-Multiple color themes to help Alarm Clock integrate into your desktop and adjust for your own personal style.

-Saves all your preferences upon exiting, next time you open up Alarm Clock everything will be the same!

It has a clock, but I don't know about an alarm clock. Maybe Vista does, but not XP and below as far as I know :-\

It does look nice, but doesn't a PC make a rather expensive to run alarm clock?

Well, at least this is better than using sheduled tasks to open my playlist at a given time. And it looks flashier too!

I was wondering when I'd see something like this. A nifty little program, I must say.

Can you make it so that it automatically turns your computer on? Maybe I'm asking a little much!

Looks great!

My apologies Lord Vader, the Emperor gave me strict orders not to add that feature, nor is it possible

Thanks for the compliment though

Hehe, what's wrong with staying up till 2?

Hey, sorry guys, the download is down right now, as is my whole site, why exactly I don't know... Looking into it...

EDIT:

Ok, talked to a tech from my host, it's a problem on their end, download and screenshots *should* be back up in a few hours. Thanks for your patience.

And thanks again for all the positive replies guys. Anyone find any bugs?
