Well guys, this a lil program, not really difficult to make, but I think It's usefull to send it to persons, who are accepting any email. (in .exe file)

I know it's working with DBC

Besides, I'm still searching how to block the keyboard while it's running ... and I'd like to know a way, to let the CPU do some sound, so the recipient can be scared some more.

Well, I called it a vaccine, because it should have the same effect as one : Prevention.

Hope you'll like it

Unfortunately, it's too easy to abort :
- "Esc"
- "Alt" + "F4"
- "Alt" + "Ctrl" + "Del"
- The Windows-key
- The Task-key

If somebody could tell me to avoid these, this could be great, I'm sure, it will scare them more than ever.

You can get rid of the escape button using the command 'disable escapekey()'. I'm not sure about the others though.

Sure the code could look that way :

But on my PC, there's only the ESC blocked, the rest works fine ... so it's not very utile to block one key, if all others are working.

A particularly scary program (if you dont know whats going on) inspired by your program - I dont think It'll fit on 20 lines but its cool nonetheless

Compile it and think of someone gullable!

Nice evolution ... now the best thing would be that it displays files from the computer beeing deleted. Example : the files from the My Documents directory, so the victim can recognize his own files ... that would be scary. hehehehe

To really spice things up you need to give the Hard Disk a good thrashing

Instead of the sleep command, try doing

This should cause sufficient disk activity to make the process a little more convincing Increment the filename may be sensible option too because HD caching may occur, I haven't tested.

disable systemkeys() only disables the system keys on Win98 ( I think ), 2000 - XP doesn't allow it.
