Core: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=0&action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X3Jldmlld3M=&product_uid=124869

Motherboard: http://www.ebuyer.com/customer/products/index.html?rb=0&action=c2hvd19wcm9kdWN0X3NwZWNpZmljYXRpb25z&product_uid=129125

I have been trotting around the forums asking loads of questions on systemy stuff but my last unaswered question is: for the quad core above, does it mean 4x 2.4GHZ, or 2x 2.4GHZ or is it just.. 2.4GHZ,

What is the best GHZ thing for a processor to be using :0 or should i go for a dual core with more power? I noticed on the newsletter that lee said he was using a quad core thing so i assume that fpscx10 has support for one, and that 2 or 3 of the cores wont be wasted when running fpscx10.

I will also be using the 8800 320mb superclocked and possibly 2-4 gigs of ram.

So will this setup work well/above adverage, or should i get a different motherboard/core (plz suggest :0)

Thanks ^___^

For the quad core, it 4x 2.4GH.

However, games that don't support quad core, BUT support dual-core, you will 2x 2.4GH. (Which is stil really good)

To answer your other question, with that setup, you should be able to RIP right through FPSC Dx10.

PS. I have that core, and it is AMAZING!

PSS. You can only fully use 4 Gigs of ram if you have the 64-bit version of Vista or XP, otherwise, it just downgrades to 2.5 Gigs or something...
