Thanks Unfortunately some of those events aren't occuring... Though I do see redness on the waist line.. Like some sort of a stretch mark... Though when I touch that redness I do feel a tingling sensation.... Hopefully it's just the shingles! I'd rather have excessive pain and not have a fatal illness than have excessive pain and have a fatal illness.

Btw everyone, just because someone is worse off than you, doesn't mean that your pain doesn't hurt. And I hope no one ever sees it that way.

I'm going to keep my mind set on that mild illness because if that's the only illness I have, then I'm probably going to LITERALLY jump for joy...

What you've got to remember is some people can feel totally crappy and its nothing big, on the other hand people can feel fine and drop down dead.

Go and see a doctor, the suspense is killing me!

Dude, health comes first, your family won't want you to put your health at risk for money. I've just been to the doctor myself, to find it's not a proper problem is a big relief - even though from last time I felt my problem was stress again. If some of your problem is stress related you'll find that bit is easier to get over with when the doctor tells you what exactly it is.

For any stress related stuff my doctor recommended stuff to relax with and relieve stress, meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi etc. Most heart problems in young healthy people she said is anxiety and stress and are nothing to worry about...but your other problems will make that stress worse and you'll need to see a doctor ASAP - see if you can arrange a gradual payment plan or something - if you have anything valuable, dare I say it can you sell it? (I mean if you're having money troubles, it's a good thing, a few years back my Dad had to sell his £2000 Gibson Les Paul Studio Limited edition guitar)

Health and family come first - friends, next and anything Material always comes last.

Yeah, I'm a Buddhist, so my use of words may orientate towards that...but my point still stands from a personal point of view, possessions/money etc. aren't as important as your health, friends and family.

Indeed...but you get people who are 'possession' mad and Money = Everything...these people are called greedy bastards...And not very nice people, my uncle is one.

I would never consider money over health - even if it means my family pays - yes it wouldn't be nice we'd be short of cash, but they wouldn't lose a loved one, I'd be healthy and well you can always work your money back - it may be hard, but life isn't always easy.

Well, maybe it's not appendicitis. I don't have all of the symptoms from either version of the appendicitis symptoms. Though, maybe it could be something else, and the pain in my side is indeed odd. It could be from my always changing forms of diet, ex, fast food one day, highly acidic food the next, completely healthy food after words, and so on. I'm trying to stay positive until I do go to a doctor, when I go to the doctor I'm gonna break down to make sure he knows what's wrong with me, then it won't be so bad if it is something very bad.

On a positive note, today I woke up with no side pains! Just a small tingling. However my side does seem to be "gassy". Which is kind of strange.

You can also get an alergic reaction to food with a Gall Stone which can cause a red rash or hives pretty much anywhere on your body.

If you want to test my theory eat a big cheese burger and see if the pain comes back when your body tries to digest the fat

LOL! I'm good without eating the cheese burger. Last time I checked though (Pffft, that was like 8 years ago), I wasn't allergic to anything. :/ If I am though, I'm not sure what it would be. Besides, I've no hives anywhere... That I know of, though I do have zits. Stupid things they are.

Not to scare you, but doesn't the pain go away almost instantly after the appendix bursts? I thought I read that in school once.

I'm gonna send up a prayer for you right now Aaron, hope you don't mind.

This will sound stupid, but I'm being dead serious.

Do whatever it takes, to get to Canada, immediately..

My AP Government teacher told me he had a friend who got cut, and was in Canada, and had no insurance/ID or anything for there. So he paid a fee of like $5 for some cut, and was happy, because in the US it'd be several hundred.

However, this was decades ago, so I'm sure some stuff may have changed a little. But it's worth a shot, especially if you live in the North.

Good Luck Aaron, take Ibuprofene, if that doesn't work, buy Morphine

@Agent Dink
Well, my grandpa (Not my real grandpa) had his appendix burst, it "felt like a knife had stabbed me in the appendix". Course if what you're saying is true then we can be safe for today because my appendix wouldn't have burst. It is kind of hurting right now, and has hurt throughout the day, though not as much as yesterday and the day before... And the day before... I thank you though.

@Sarcasm Stealth Squad
Sounds good! $5 is exactly what I have (Considering my sister had to use $5 for some gas or something to get $20).

Um, no. Health care is only free in Canada if you're Canadian. You will get service and then you'll get a nice big bill at the end (just as if you were in the US).

Oh well... I still hear canada is nice though. I hear in NZ though, a checkup is like $14 NZD. Not sure if that's with or without health insurance, but sounds cheap!

Aaron Miller, how old are you? If you're between 10-20 years old, then you don't sound very healthy for your age.

Don't your parents care that you are sick? Haven't your friends and family done any thing to get you better? Or are you a complete recluse that lives in a cave?

Go see a damn doctor you fool, or it might be too late. I doubt you have the flu, from what you have described, it sounds worse.

Just go see any doctor you can, even if it is a doctor Nick.

I'm being plain and simple with you.

My AP Gov. teacher begged to differ. But that's awesome, if you are a Canadian...

Don't worry about it mate. Chill out. Deep breaths. Calm, relaxations, de-stress.

The brain is a very powerful thing. Psychologically you can cause yourself serious symptoms, or amplify mild symptoms that are already there. I know this from personal experience too.

What do you think stress is? There is no physical cause of it really, yet people can make them selves physically sick. Stress can cause dizziness, nausia, eye strain, head aches, heart palpatations etc. If you get heart palpations and you thing you're having a heart attack, it can induce a panic attack. Suddenly you can't breath. It all gets worse. Blah blah. All this from zero physical symptoms.

If you're the soft of paranoid bloke who thinks he has a brain tumour everytime he gets a head ache, then you're the sort of person who can potentially make themselves feel very ill from nothing.

Here's what I would say - you have to go to the doctor. I personally reckon there is nothing wrong with you, but if you're a paranoid psycho, you'll never be able to convince yourself you're ok. It goes against your nature. But when you talk to the doctor and they tell you you're ok, suddenly you'll feel so much better.

There may be an underlying cause, but it definitely sounds like you're a bit like me (but probably more extreme) and just paranoid about your health. You have to go to a doctor to put your mind at rest otherwise you'll always think you're on the brink of death.

It is possible that you are making this worse just by worrying about it. Once in awhile I'll be around someone who's sick for a few minutes and a few hours later I start feeling symptoms of the same thing. (I'm paranoid of colds. I hate them more than most anything else that can happen to me, especially sore throats) But I wake up the next morning just fine. I know for sure I didn't catch their bug as there's usually an incubation period and all that. Sorta like today. I walked through some leaves that *might* have been poison ivy. I have no idea for sure, and I seem to notice what my legs are feeling much more today than most times, simply because I'm paranoid I'm going to get a poison ivy rash

About my own (Once in a lifetime) symptom of Hypercondria..

I was picking up some egg shells in a garden when I was about 8 years old. The girls next door told me that by touching egg shells you can get warts. The next day I had a wart on my hand. About a year later, I was picking at the wart for about the 20th time. I thought to myself, I don't think that egg shells really cause warts, and the next day it was gone.

I'm not a doctor but it sounds a lot like you are malnourished, and the headaches might have been brought on by dehydration but that doesn't explain the bump on your head, was this bump just behind your ear because if it was it's probably a swollen gland.
If you aren't eating enough, and a balanced diet you will feel weak and be more vulnerable to illness.
