Hi! I read that static objects have been eliminated in DBpro now that worlds can be loaded as BSP's. I also read that the static object commands are being replaced in an upcoming patch (according to Mike) with something called "Nodetree".

Can anyone explain what this is, how it works and when it will be available? I relied heavily on the static object commands and using BSP's doesn't work with my current designs. Any ideas?

Here, I took this right from the introduction to DBpro on the page "Migrating from DB1".

"Eleven BASIC3D static object commands have been removed, to shift support to the new built-in BSP and
Nodetree engines for world construction:

LOAD STATIC OBJECTS
MAKE STATIC OBJECT
DELETE STATIC OBJECTS
SAVE STATIC OBJECTS
ATTACH OBJECT TO STATIC
DETACH OBJECT FROM STATIC
DISABLE STATIC OCCLUSION
ENABLE STATIC OCCLUSION
SET STATIC OBJECTS TEXTURE
SET STATIC OBJECTS WIREFRAME OFF
SET STATIC OBJECTS WIREFRAME ON"
