But what I'm wandering why sell one on Ebay. Why didn't he get it copied lots and lots and sold it off on ebay then more money would of came in for the charity. But still its for a good cause and it looks great aswell.

If there is only one of something it makes it ten times special and people will pay more, if you mass produce it you have to pay a lot of money to the people recreating it, distributing and selling it, only a small amount of each product would have gone to charity.

Well, considering he doesn't have to donate anything, I think 10 percent is reasonable

And of course he's capitalizing on it, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure that out, otherwise he would donate all the proceedings to charity

I'm not that clued up on the Halo storyline so I have to ask, has it ever been proven in Halo that Master Chief is actually a bloke?

EDIT:: The sculptor said of his Bald Britney model that he made money from people buying his regular models after becoming aware of them through seeing that. Same idea with this I suppose.

Hehe, then we can only guess what Spartan "upgrades" Master Chief has.

Samus is far better than Master Chieffesse - she's more badass and her power suit is far cooler (and more practical, and more moral, indeed).

Though her Zero Suit looks like something I'd love to see my girlfriend in, by the way. I like blue...

I could really care less about some extra pixels, I don't need to be able to read a freaking sign that's 1 mile away anyways, and anti aliasing gets rid of sharpies too. There really wont be a need for it until virtual reality kicks into gear.

I never said I want to play a game that looks old, I could really just care less about hi def, I actually see barely a difference with anti aliasing on. Like I said, there is no point in it until virtual reality, that's where every pixel counts.

I'd rather play wii than 360 or n64. Can't wait for Brawl. I'm sick to tears of halo and Gears of War multiplayer. And seeing as neither I nor anyone else on my floor has an HD tv, Metroid Prime 3 looks almost as good as Halo 3, and really has way better art design.

HD is awesome, but it would in no way make Metroid Prime 3 a better game, aside from an ever so slightly clearer image.

I also don't find action figures attractive... It's very well done though.

I personally dont like the wii, my friend used to have one but he took it back because he didnt like it either. Well there is certain games i like. But most of them are just stupid to me.(Not saying there stupid and should of never been made) im just saying i dont like them. I used to have a big flat screen tv but my dad took it when my mom and my dad got divorced. Made me so mad.

I even play some DOS games every now and then. Transport Tycoon, Deus Ex, Starcraft and Diablo II still rev up every now and then for a quick game - so, HD means nothing. What does mean something is that the game plays as it should - and if theres a few games that play as they should they are (among others) Halo and Metroid...

What I like about this is if you look back at his older stuff, you can see him improving - he clearly put a lot of time and effort into this. Personally I wouldn't sell them if they were mine, dunno but the amount of care it must have taken is not something that should be sold so easily, even if it is kinda for charity.

Anyone else thinking this Polymer clay stuff would be cool for making character concepts?, I always liked modelling clay as a kid, gonna have to get some of that. Sketching is one thing, but being able to take photos of actual models then recreate them would be damn handy.

We're going down... in a spiral to the ground...
