DLL Talk / position midi command in dll

Hi,
A few weeks ago, I read about a dll someone was working on that had many commands in it.

Two of the commands were:
get midi position
set midi position

or something like that, that lets you find out where a midi song is currently while it is playing, and also set the position in the midi song to play from.

I can't seem to find it anymore, does anyone know where I can find it again?
