Pic 1 can use strairs to go to go up.. and other object are usable..

Talk about boxes! Sorry mate but you need alot of depth for models. Like if a building has a balcony make a balcony on the model. It looks really dull.

If its 1024x1024, than you could added alot more detail to it.

Also as for the "real" building....make it less boxy.
Now it is a simple box, with a pointed roof. and a texture.
Maybe you could add more to it...windows...doors....pipes...
everything that make it less boxy...

No offense dude but you need to work on texturing.. Because alot of your models have blurry textures. If I was using this for background buildings I'll use them but up close looks rubbish.
