Yeah I was thinking about that as well. What I came up with is setting collision on the camera, maybe if there is collision, rotate the camera away from the wall but have it still facing the character...

Built-in DBP commands can and probably will fix that problem with the 3rd person camera. DBPs built-in collision detection can be set on the camera with a single command (if memory serves me) and if FPSC has collision boxes set up for the walls (which they MIGHT but also may not) then it should work fine! But if FPSC doesn't use DBP collision boxes, then you could be in for a little bit of coding to work with FPSC's collision system.

Heck no. I'm still working on it. I just needed a break from 2+ straight weeks of programming. Don't think for one second this is vaporware. Seriously. I had midterms and finals and I will assure you from now till february fpsc source mod will be plugging along

I am now making the secondary screen follow a vehicle. Heres one more test shot of the camera as a 3rd person shooter.

Good stuff! get in there! can you change the postion of the first camera so that you could see over the top of the tank like third person? or is that not possible?

Sorry about the Vaporware thingy, it's just that good projects like this often disappear.............

BTW, would it be possible to make the 3rd person cam manouver around player, (by pressing certain keys)?

If so, could i make decent machinima cutscenes with this ability?
