Ive decided to start my own thread instead of continuing to hijack Aaron's. Currently windows can Close, Minimize and Lock in place and the selected window is highlighted. I'm planning to add more to it Once I get more time.

Update 19/11/07:
* Can scroll Through Windows Using Tab
* Can Create a Fixed Window with No Bar

No Media Required

lol, well cool man. I'm not gonna work on the Vista Basic GUI in DBP anymore. I'll remake it in my Vista Programming Language (VPL).

@HeavyAmp
Yup, I got the DarkGDK now. Telling DBP to go f*** off basically haha

I'm making something in it. You might find it of use for GUIs.

I'm just going to play around with Dark GDK while still using DBP, see how it goes. I hear it still has some issues but I reckon most of those problems will be sorted in the coming months. Ive gotten so use to the DBP syntax that writing in any other language is going to be hard.

Im not sure why your getting the memblock error. Try recopying the code maybe you modified something without realizing it. Have you changed the resolution or anything? Once I get time im going to crack on and get it so the windows can scroll. I was wanting to do it earlier but I had to work on my day off

Ok, I switched to 32 bit and it worked .

That is truly cool, especially since it needs no media.

The only thing I can think of kaedroho is if you press Ctrl+H then just replace those variable names with similar names it should work fine.

Ive been working on creating a scrolling system with buttons using only images and Ive managed to complete it. I haven't in cooperated it into my windows system yet. It requires media so Ive attached it as a zip file to this post. When I do combine it with my windows code Ill set it up to use no media.

Heres the code for the Scrolling System using buttons.

All you need is window resizing with the mouse and you'll have a very nice menu system. I like it. Think I had 700+ fps.

Change the name of the "CreateWindow" function, as it is used by BlueGUI.

Here's a very nooby question, but I put variables to be printed in the windows, I put them in the Create Window function and they show up very nicely except that when the variables change they do not update, what would I have to do to update them?

Thanks and great code btw!
