Have preordered x10 at the first day for the reduced price. Haven`t got it. My mail to the support is not answered. Why?

All jokes aside, you'll see in other threads where people are still getting copies. I just got mine last week. No one knows what the process is in determining who's copy gets in the mail first. But depending on where you are, it's probably on its way. The only timeframe that's past due as far as I know is the U.K. So if you're in the U.K. you've probably got a legitimate beef. Otherwise, TGC still has time.

Did you use the "Order Enquiries" -message available in the Contact-section in the TGC's main page?

First you should have received this "Your TGC order confirmation" -email with all the required information to pay your products. After paying it, you should've sent the e-mail you received back to the address mentioned in that same message.

After all these things you should receive another mail that confirms your copy has been shipped. Depending where you live, it can take even longer than 2 weeks for the package to arrive.

For me, that process took only one day. I paid, the next day it was shipped. I'm hoping it arrives this week, even Saturday(because of Christmas, the portuguese mail deliveries work on Saturdays).

I haven`t got an order confirmation.The FPSC X10 website has nothing like "Order Enquiries". I`m from Germany.

The Order enquiries is in the Contacts-section. Also if the e-mail haven't arrived yet, then something may be wrong with the order.
