I cant seem to get my wheels to rotate correct (1 side forward and 1 side turns in reverse) and when they turn they move up and down. I tried just about everything I could think of but it doesnt work. Could someone PLEASE help me out.

I attached the project files for anyone that might want to have a look at the problems.
