In my most honest opnion, bobert, your game doesn't look that good. And zombie games: heh, they're 1 billionth of a penny these days.

Quote: "um dunno mines just special"

That, right there my friend, is called 'selfish'. My computer could probably run all of that, too.

The above is constructive critism. I'd give your game a 4.1/10. A poorly designed (currently) game. Really, work on your game. If this upsets you, I'm sorry, but that's the way the world goes round.

Okay, level design tips.

1. If you are making rooms like bathrooms or closets, keep them small unless they are public rooms.
2. Place entities according to what room you're building; a coffee table wouldn't look right in a cellar, now would it?
3. I'd recommend making warehouses huge; that's what they are, huge. Place girders, double doors, etc. where needed.
4. When you have a big room, align your ceiling lights to the ceiling, and press B a few times. It'll change to grid mode. Place your sources and the lights themselves like that.
5. Use the 'No shaders' option. I personally think my game looks better without full shaders.
6. Finally, look at other people's levels to get an idea of what yours should look like after an hour of level making. I do it; it works.

ok all good tips but all my bathrooms have the correct entities and stuff

also, think about this for a minute like you said having a coffee table in a celler doesnt look right, right? well what about if you were in a destroyed building underground with zombies i think that things would be a little out of place

Bobert, a question about your level layout screen:
What are those green and red crosses in gaps?

No, the reason we see that all the time is because people can't be bothered trying something new and original. So they stick to generic level designs. Come on man! Don't shun originallity just because you think the cliche levels you've seen in countless other games look pretty! Try something new and if it works, that's great! If it doesn't, well, you'll atleast get credit for trying.

Meh...

Only if it matches the game.

Kinds of games that allow abattoirs:
Modern
Zombie
Fantasy (if it's an...odd fantasy world)

Games that don't:
Sci-Fi
War
Kiddie games

well the title says " Zombie Game WIP", so it can have things like this. and Bobert, im sorry but no matter how much you deny it originality is what a good game comes from. copying countless other games is not a good thing. maybe if you changed the scene to an underground cellar or something like that it would look less, similar

Big whoop? It's an enormous whoop! Rooms in a game matter, even simple room fillers (chairs, shelves, lights, etc.) can give pizzazz to a room. If you want to make a zombie/horror game, don't have naked corspes and blood flowing around like a river, too much = gross. Capische?

Just thought I'd say that, sorry if it sounded rude, bobert. By the way, the crown's a fake, it's cardboard!

I like how you have rooms that dont have many doors joining to other rooms in your map screen. looks good.

Quote: "don't have... blood flowing around like a river, too much = gross. Capische?"
those games are the goriest i've ever seen, but they are really succesful games.

Quote: "don't have naked corspes "

i honestly have to agree, i dont know how many people would show up to fight zombies naked, now if they're going to die i guess they got nothin to lose ( unless your a guy ) but i really cant think of a game where everyone is naked.

We are attempting to give you dvice but your just shunning it away. But hey, if you want to make an unoriginal zombie clone game then that's fine by me

Not trying to offend or anything. But if you release this game not many people will download it or show much interest if you don't have any new ideas in there.
