solved, I forgot to put sync back on

When I remove the visibility or entirely delete my gadgets that form a dialog/GUI, my custom mouse cursor stops moving smoothly in my 3d environment (sync rate of 60)

This is the code for my mouse cursor (its a normal image):
sprite 1,mousex(),mousey(),1

I use a simple sprite command to follow my mouse cursor and hide the original one using "hide mouse". However, since I apparently can't use my own mouse cursor for selection in the BlueGUI dialog this way, I use "show mouse" prior to calling up the blue commands. When I then click my "back" button, which 'closes' the window by deleting all gadgets, the problem with my customized cursor occurs. It does seem to respond precisely to movement, but the graphic itself looks sluggish when dragging the pointer around where it prior to calling the BlueGUI works perfectly fine.
