Ok so this is just a quick question how do you move rigid bodies around in a simalar way as the move object command? Oh and is there some sort of a yrotate command?

Give a monkey the finest brushes and paint and you probably end up with feces on a canvas, give Da Vinci a box of crayons and a piece of notebook paper and you probably end up with a masterpiece.

Simple move -Kinematic-

Simple Move -Linear Velocity-

For rotation, I think you should try these:
-Dynamic-
phy set rigid body angular velocity
phy set rigid body angular momentum
-Kinematic-
phy set rigid body kinematic rotation

You can PHY SET RIGID BODY POSITION on standard rigid bodies too. The difference with a kinematic object though, is that it calculates the forces and impact that the movement has on other objects, as if it had got to the new position by force. With a standard Rigid Body, it's as if it just appeared there via a magic portal
