Ok so I am making a space game and I want to set up the player objects with dark physics so that it can interact with asteroids and particles and so on... I was just wonder what the best way to set this up would be if I wanted to move forward constantly and strafe around the screen?

From the ashes of the first pc new breed of programmer is born. The TGC programmer can create a game in seconds with his mighty weapons of basic programming. (Is not an artist of any standards).

1. Zero friction
2. Zero Gravity
3. Local forces applied for velocity and rotation.

Space-style movement is actually very easy using local forces. Rotation will not affect directin until you start thrusting in the new direction.
