Anyone know how to make a large SNOW PARTICLES box (about(2048,20,2048 - used to encompass 2048 x 2048 matrix inside a sky sphere to give snowing effect)and still retain heavy snow at all points across the matrix without slowing or crashing program ? I found I could increase the frequency up to about 8000 but particles were still sparse and anything over that locked up computer. I also tried making a smaller SNOW PARTICLES box and moving it with the player camera but it then looks like your taking the screen with you. Any suggestions ?
