Neither Deformable objects, nor Soft bodies are currently available for Dark physics.

Regarding the "cow at 0:38":the command phy make cloth from object highlights in the editor but it is not yet implemented, although there are some screenshots showing it at work.

Theory is when you know something, but it doesn't work. Practice is when something works, but you don't know why.
Programmers combine theory and practice: Nothing works and they don't know why.

Using the new phy make cloth from object command would it not be possible to create deformable objects if you set the properties of the cloth to be fairly solid using the phy set cloth bending stiffness. So when something hits the cloth it deforms but doesn't return back to its original shape or flap around.

The Sun is trying to kill me!
