Hi,

Just athough but can FPS X10 use external dlls for ai, physics, etc?
I have done quite a few modules for lots of programs and now I am interested in creating a module for X10 to allow new thing to be scripted in.

One being more realistic zombies and the other, allowing people in the game to hold conversation. Only basic stuff to add a bit more realism.

What does everyone think? Possible?

Oh well, I will wait then.

Out of interest, when DBPX10 comes out, can it be used for expand FPSCX10? Meaning can it be used for plugin creation?
Personally I would prefer C# or C++ but I would be happy buying DBPX10 knowing I can use it for more then just other games.

I would love to work on a better AI system that can be plugged right in to FPSCX10.. Maybe even FPSC Classic.

Will keep my eye pealed..

Yep, once DBPX10 and the source comes out you can do what you want to mod the engine.

As far as I know, They didn't make DBPX10 to be released to the public. Do not quote me on that though. Its something I heard while X10 was in development.

Yep, I heard that around the early development stages as well, but i've seen/heard/viewed a few YouTube videos of Lee/Rick talking about DBPX10, and how it will work, and how to port games from DBPX9 to DBPX10. That tells me that it's going to be released to the public, but it's going to take a while.

Alright, Good to hear they might release that too. And it indeed will take a while, as we all rather see FPSC V1 updated at this point...
