RD,
Nice contribution dude.

These could be very useful, the pose you have the hand in is jokes, but there are kids here dude, and christians, and mormons, and whatnot, so you should probably change that, or you might get wrist-slapped!

Butyouman. dude. How easily offended are you? It doesn't even look like it's pointing at the viewer (except in ortho-front view). Looks more like he's flippin off a potential enemy.

It's pretty much a natural pose for a hand. Relax your hand in that position and you'll find that your middle finger will be forward. Nothing to get excited about. I didn't feel like he was flipping me off.

Best.

Let's start out with the basics. You CANNOT redistribute model pack 5 media including the hands without the exclusive permission of Jon Fletcher...he is the one who made model pack 5 (the fact that the hand models in the two packs are completely different and it souldn't be too hard to tell...but I digress.
As far as I know you are free to do what you wish with Simon's hands (from model pack 6) per Simon's wishes.
So if your downolad contains media from model pack 5 remove it immediately.
I am sure there are those in the community who use Milkshape who will find this useful...as long as it's the model pack 6 hands/textures.
As far as the hand in the photos "flipping you off"...I don't see it...as was stated earlier that is a natural pose for a hand.
I have enough real problems to deal with without people making up new ones.

Please have mercy and use the search function.

Pfffffftttt!!! Most awesome typo of the YEAR!

And I agree, no redistributing Jon's nads without his permission.

I laughed so hard a little bit of poo came out.

( to all those that are unaware, nads=testicles )

And red devil, thanks so much for the rediculous image. There's no need to get so pissy with us about it. If you posted a wireframe of your work in the first place, no-one would suspect you.

I looked at what I typed before and thought, that will be mis-interpreted, and it was!

I meant, show a wireframe of his hands next to the MP5 ones, so there is no dispute. Whatever though, you can see that RDs hands are a higher quality than the MP5 ones just from the smoothness of the edges.

Then you post...the pack is your textures and work...I confess I have some trouble understanding you at times. So what does that have to do with model packs 5 and 6?
I suggest you try a different translation program. You won't take it personally if I remove that huge post you just made...

Edit:
I fixed the infamous typo.Make one little spelling mistake and...

Edit yet again:
Red Devil,
Thanks for fixing that post.

To clear things up a little around here the wireframe image of the hands at the top of the page is not the same one originally posted which had hand curled and the middle finger raised and was unmistakably meant to be 'flipping', as has been put, you dont have to edit the post to change the image as RD has obviously done.

On topic these are very good models and a great contribution to the community,so thanks.

The post was not that way when I saw it so that is why I posted what I posted.I was not aware that was not the original image.

Red Devil,
I don't know what they do or do not allow on the other forums but around here we don't allow it and if we feel the only intent of a member is to post on these forums to cause trouble that is called trolling and is cause for a ban.
I am sure that this was a "misunderstanding"...like seem to keep happening in these threads of yours.Don't push your luck.
If anybody saved the original pic you posted and they send it to me via e-mail (for heaven's sake don't post it here) you are toast.
We welcome those who wish to be a part of this community.by the same token we don't welcome those who wish to insult this community.
Next time I will be a little quicker and catch you in action. Then it's over.

For those of you who feel I insulted you when I did not see what you saw in the original post...
You have my apologies.I'm sorry. Now please tell me one of you saved that pic and are e-mailing it to me...
