Hey guys. I thought it would be fun to start a thread like this one, because I am interested in your answers.

Here`s the question
What would you do, if you had only 24 hours left of your life?

whoever wants, can post some more "What would you do, if" questions.

It's almost impossible to know what you would do in such a situation without actually being in one. It can be very hard to imagine. I believe I would reveal my true identity and make sure my best friend knows that i must be cremated and thrown off a tall cliff.

What would I do? Spend my bank on something mental like a ride in a Tornado and then party until I imploded. Eat, drink and be merry, for in 24 hours I die!

Get back at people who've treated me like crap, smash up the school, party, several things not suitable for young ears and then be with my family. Can't stress that one enough. Then I'd probably go lie on the beach, watch the horizon fade and pass off into a quite slumber.

Scratch that. I'd rob a bank!

"OCEAN. GET YOUR BOYS DOWN HERE! WE GOT SOME WORK TO DO!!!"

Pity. This was starting to sound almost poetic. But a bank robberies more fun.

Skate, and try all the tricks I didn't have the balls to try before. If successful(as in not paralyzed), drive around seeing how many cops I can get into a high-speed chase and finish it off in vanishing point style.

I would hug my gf in the light of the setting sun and tell her that I love her. I would also tell my frined's to try and meet me in heaven; that life is only temporary here and life trully begin's after death.

If you really love her, you wouldn't do that. You would make things _very_ difficult for her when you die. You wouldn't want that, would you?

Editzurz: To elaborate, a last goodbye is ofcourse okay, but making things very emotional will only screw her more up than necessary.

Haha, not exactly. I would explain to that hypothetical girlfriend that the time we spent togheter meant something and that it's unfortunate that it must end like this but she has to move on now without me. I don't see why you have to make it harder for her.

Telling her that you love her and getting all emotional serves absolutely no purpose after those 24 hours are up. It's actually quite cruel to her since she would have a much tougher time getting over you. Maybe we aren't on the same wavelength here, and that's okay. You might not see my point here because you (as it seems) haven't yet lost somebody close to you - which i have.

I haven't lost a close friend. Although, that doesn't mean i want my gf to be hurt in any way, but what i stated was have a great last day with my gf and my friend's. I know some people's attitudes are be merry and die, I'm not like that i just care about my friends and gf and would literally do what i stated above. If you tell her that you must break up and have nothing more to do with her, she will still hurt, to a lesser point and also if you tried to tell her anything like, you want to see her later in life she wouldn't care what you say she would be too mad. So I guess it depends on the person for what you would do on your last day on earth, also this is a great debatable topic.

There is no real politics.. Politics is just a trend.. Like insults are just a words.

I perhaps go shout into microphone everything that is just wrong at our lives and how limited our actions are. Also how i have been "suffered" about this.

Or i just go think about what is 42

Um, Evil Star, nice going - not all of us are fond of the Labour government, but we normally refrain from saying it and definitely refrain from making a post that is very anti on the whole thing in an offensive manner.

Because it breaks the AUP

As for Zeitgeist and Christianity, that's where you'll offend most people, a lot of Christians are on the forum - I watched Zeitgeist, very, very convincing, but I found flaws in it that don't 'disprove' what Christianity has and as I was going through it, as I do with any source I'm given, I questioned it and found their arguments weak. I do have some issues around the matter of most religions, but I a: Don't blurt it out on TGC b: Don't make statements that will clearly offend people of certain religions who surf here. And I will steer clear of saying what these issues are and also say that I am tolerant of all other religions, because I am, even Satanism, Wicca and Paganism. (which are misunderstood religions) My tolerance and issues on the matter I will not discuss because the AUP forbids it.

But please, don't come on the forums and make posts like that, you're not going to do yourself any favours and all you're gonna do is offend people, get banned and have the thread locked.

"Experience never provides its judgments with true or strict universality; but only (through induction) with assumed and comparative universality." - Immanuel Kant

Evil Star, you should head over to generalforum.com, you can bitch about religion and politics and all sorts. I rarely use it, but you could vent somewhere that won't get a thread locked. (Regardless of whether I agree with you-there's a lot of for-and-against with religion)

@Roxas

Have you been watching "Hitch hikers guide to the galaxy"? `cause that number was the meaning of the universe!

@Evil Star

There are two possibilities:

1)If you made that up, you need a psychiatry to regain your humanity.
2)If you read that or watched something like that(ex. SAW), you will need a psychiatry to get rid of your obsessions.

I agree with 42

as for what id do...
hmm... drink a lot of soda... make peace with god... quit my job... but first guilt trip them and make them give me a raise.... be with family... wonder why im dying... go find who ever did it to me.... follow them around and force them to watch me die, amking THEM have a huge guilt trip, and finding a way to bring me back to live.... which is why i wouldnt do anything to dumb....

evil star, your post made me laugh... a lot, not going to lye. the question was what you would do, all you did is answer it, props.
