The only thing that makes it different from WoW are its graphics and its Combat system, but its still uselessly grinding NPC's 5 levels lower then you, or doing quests that are boring and simple...

Besides, you are stuck in the tutorial place untill level 20! And the max is 80! Hello? Ever heard of a way to long Tutorial area?

After the tutorial its getting slightly better, but then the Gathering quests kick in, which are really boring... And at that point I felt bad for wasting that amount of money on the game... And sold my account to my friend.

Thanks for that info PoD.

Oh and the controls and styles are all the same like you just click on your attack etc."

Which is the exact reason why this game is fascinating me so much. The fighting is basically like oblivions. No auto attack what so ever.

Pretty much same here. I really only like MMO's for the community. I hated the combat system in basically every MMO I've played. Everything is gear dependent and it doesn't take skill to do anything. Another reason why I really want to play darkfall.

guild wars is all skill based...weapons and armor hardly have any point, guild wars is totally skills, not item based

EVE Online, RF Online, PlanetSide, Star Wars Galaxies, Stargate Worlds, Tabula Rasa, The Matrix Online, Anarchy Online, The Agency, Pirates of the Burning Sea, Auto Assult (extremely short lived driving RPG), ...

A quick browse of the list of games on MMORPG.com and I came up with all of those, not one of them fantasy based. As for their gameplay - I can't comment I haven't played any of them except Tabula Rasa for about an hour in the beta.

Nevermind, there's no point in arguing when my words are being misconstrued and/or taken too literally. Forget I was here.

Oh dear, well I stand corrected...it'd explain why Jeku can be barking mad...

And my deep apologies for the pun.

Hmm, looks ok. I laughed at the vid about how you were completely free though. I'll probably give it a try if there's a free demo. I'm not sure if I'll be able to take all that seriousness though.

This game has been in production for what? 9 years now? I honestly doubt it will come out, but hey if it does, great!

If someone says "pls" because it is shorter than "please" I say "no" because it is shorter than "yes"...

The fact that it has been in production for so long is all the more reason for them to release it. They wouldn't spend that many years then just not finish it. The actual game itself is complete they are just doing what they called "internal testing" or something like that. They're getting any bugs out I believe.
