DLL Talk / Altering String Table

Probably a dumb question but I am not up on dlls etc. I have purchased Styx and the Trim$ command clashes with the same command in one of IanM's dlls. I read that I could change the function name in IanM's dll but am unsure of how to go about it. Do I have to hex edit the dll or is there some other tool needed to change the function name. Pardon my ignorance.

Look for a resource editor via google - resource hacker is good, it's one that I used to use.
