Hi,
I've just bought DB and installed it. When I start it, it says that I will have the "enhanced" version for 30 days. I didn't find any information about that enhancements. What are they, what happens after 30 days and finally if I like them, how can I get them forever?

Multiplayer and memblock commands will work for 30 days. If you want to keep them forever. Quite cheap huh? They're giving you a trial of the software you've already paid for.

This has "Fiasco" written all over it.

In my opinion the Enhancments shouldn't be in the Patchs
for V1.13 at all, you should be able to 'CHOOSE' wether or
not you want to have a look at them then D-Load an
'Enhancement Trial' patch.

I've got Dark Matter, And I like the enhancments (And the
models/textures that come with the enhancments.) but I'm
still abit anoid by the fact that if I don't install Dark
Matter I get that stupid message "You have 30 Days left"
for the trial.

The multiplayer and memblocks is not in the 30-days trial. I've got DB 1.13 and my trial period ran out long time ago. the only commands i cannot use is the ones realted to dll files.

dunno about memblocks, but the multiplayer commands are a 30 day trial, well some of them. During the 30 day trial you have access to more multiplayer commands than when it runs out; but you could still create a perfectly nice multiplayer game without the extra commands.

i'm not sure i follow... you annoying that if you don't install DM that you still have 30days to check 'em out?
the counter goes down - memblocks,DLL,networking are the enhancements that just cease to be available.

if you want to know more about the enhancements what they are and why they're useful, the darkmatter site has all the related information you will need.
it is a truely invaluable update, and i'd suggest purchasing it, but i'd also suggest getting used to DB itself first
