At the moment, Reza igi does not have an efxMod developer/commercial license.
I'm wondering if he's trying to sell it

Well, then, there's only one thing left to do, Reza.....

You must spam his email until he agrees to sell you one.

Lol, j/k (Though some people tried that on me... and now all their emails to me get sent to the Junk folder. )

Reza igi :
You CANNOT SELL games made with efxMod!

Read the license!

It clearly says:

Quote: "
:: License
efxMod 1.6 Free Edition is non-commercial only and cannot be used for any kind of commercial project. (Including game contest entries, demos of commercial games, etc.)
"

You're going to get in trouble, reza igi.
I'm offering you several ways how to solve that problem - I'm going to get in touch with you on Yahoo! Messenger.

why doesn`t anyone read the License on the Homepage or in the Readme?

It is therte to prevent people of selling there games with efxMod Free Edition. So you are not allowed to sell your game...

Unless you get in touch with us and get license - a specialized license, by the way.

Did anyone read what I wrote?
Reza Igi is trying to sell a game, made with efxMod.
But the license clearly says, you're not allowed to sell games made with efxMod or use it in other commercial ways

EDIT: I'm trying to offer him something, but due to the fact that it seems he ignored the license information, it won't be easy for him.
I'm offering him something (-> Yahoo) - if he accepts it, no problem, I would like to see such a project being published. But there's no other way than accepting the offer, except removing efxMod from the game. Would be rather disappointing, huh?

Nighthawk, don't take this the wrong way but 75% of the people in the DBP Forum could EASILY, make a mod similar to this if not better, i think you could be a little lenient with him on this.

Sorry, I did not quite understand, what you tried to say...

You wrote this, some time ago, first or second page of this thread:

Quote: "
are you using efxMod? (in combination with something like ENB?)
for me, as developer of efxMod, it seems you're using one if the efxMod 1.5 Series (-> the kind of blur the bloom shader uses... it's distinctive in my eyes...)

Looks very nice, in my opinion"

Yes! Use efxMod 1.6 And Work On Dll For blur
So, ARE you using efxMod?
And btw. I'm not sure if X-Tasy is also legally to use (there was this copyright discussion, some time ago and the author of ENB Mod said something about it...)

You are using a mod, I saw your video (in HD)
The blood on the walls have that graphic-bug that only FPSC Mods have - I'm not quite sure if ANY of the mods - except efxMod - provide an unlocked (or effectively higher capped) framerate - and you're having an unlocked/higher framerate than the standard 30-38, quite sure!
And wasn't it water you're having in your game?

And I'm also quite sure I've seen the efxMod Free Edition Logo somewhere in your screenshots... (btw. is that the reason why you're cutting your screenshots?)

EDIT:

Look at this screenshot. http://i36.tinypic.com/335ftdu.jpg
It has the efxMod Skybox-Flash Bug - only "featured" in efxMod... (look at the white spots in the water - it's the ngt skybox...)

You ARE using efxMod.

Can also be proven with other screenshots and some bugs regarding the efxMod Bloom...

Stop saying you're not using efxMod - you are using it.

EDIT2:

Reza igi, again:
You can not use efxMod like that - get in touch with us, if you want to sell your game.

It is very much for a picture that is completely right and that was made early and if history upload photos and see that right now you said you kidding but eventually the game by no means water was not used to and from the same second ability that I said I use
At the end of my breathing crewed vehicle use X-Tasy because I EFX play in the utmost output capacity was removed from water.

... i can`t understand a single word.

but if you can not proof that you are not using efxMod, there is no way to sell your game.

you can easily proof this by get in touch with Nighthawk and maybe so we can sort out these problems.

so stop discussing, just proof that there is no efxMod used for this game.

Okay, I`m TRYING to decompress his code-like language.

I guess that he`s trying to say that he isn`t using EFX anymore, but he used it back in time, when he made those screenies.

Although I don`t believe that that X-Tasy mod is any good, it sucked my framerate like a black hole...

Yeah same, plus the camera completely freaked out when I moved. I guess it was a bug with motion blur.

The game looks nice, hope the EFX Mod issues are dealt with.

From what I remember, you can't sell the game with the "X-Tasy" mod either, since the "X-Tasy" mod a .dll made by someone else, not "Creator of Zombies".

Creator of Zombies modified the .dlls so they work with FPSC but they were originally of the ENB mod series.

He did not modify the DLLs, he just changed the version information and that was everything. Just read the X-Tasy Thread again.
ENB works with FPSC, anyways, without any greater effort.
(I'm quite sure it ended up in a rather unclear state, I don't recommend using it, because you might end up in trouble... as I said I'm not quite sure - and too tired to re-read everything and post it here - good night - at least here in Germany)

Just let me say that he doesn't need to know great english to speak my language. That looks awesome even if he is using an illegal mod, I don't know, just repeating what other people have said. Still looks amazing!
