Hello to all

Sorry for my bad English

This is a game musical based on the audio stream past generates obstacles and moves the line in the world.
I was inspired to a game for the psx VibRibbon.
The game basa peaks on the extent wave audio.
The game was created with VB6 - MSC + + - darkbasic classic

The link to download the game

P.S.
To install double-click package BARABARAMIZZDISTR and not extract manualmente.questo because after two ActiveX should be recorded.
If you should give error "strict exception" to go in the [root] DllSpectrum sbridgeSpectrum to launch line of command "unistDLL.exe 1." This should register dll.

I hope you like it there and have fun with as I have enjoyed to do it

Well, i think you need a lot work to do.
It's a lil bit boring, allways the same jump?
And i think the created things don't have much to do with the music.
It feels like they're just random created.
There should be a jump with every bass or something.

I like the originallity of it, i don't believe i've played a game like it before. You could probably make the graphics a bit sharper at the intro, having the blackboard cleaner come closer with the erasing of the text.

Also having to wait til the intro has completly played wasn't pleasent. Aside from these small negative points i thought it could become a really good game .

Don't lose the creative juices heh

I'm working on new barriers and other scenarios.
I have to fix the management scale wave.

Thank you for comments

Is there any way to get this running on Vista? It would seem that Vista doesn't like DBC games.

Looks great by the way.

To run on Vista you need d3drm.dll, which you can obtain by downloading the latest DBC patch (place it in your system32 folder). It isn't necessary to run it in administrator mode.

The game is pretty well presented, although there are a couple of glitches where for example the music will continue playing after you've lost. I like the gameplay, but I feel it could be more challenging. Also, for a game like this I think the graphics could do with improving somewhat (although it's pretty cool the way over time the backgrounds change). Well done though, it's pretty entertaining.

Cheers Ben,

the game is quite cool - though I don't think suitable for all genres of music, I tried death metal (A band called Amon Amarth) and there were barely any obstacles.

I found the same things as Ben - though I don't see the graphics as much of a problem - I quite liked the style.

Heh, I did it with "You Spin Me Right 'Round" by Dope, and it was weird. The jumps got repetitive a little...

Seppuku Arts:
Which song? I kinda like Amon Amarth. =O
