Hey,
Some of you may have seen the music video I posted about a month back (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PsU83B1pt_Q) using The Movies and The Movies Stunts & Effects expansion. Well today I spent about 7 hours making a new one, this time it's Broken by Lifehouse.

The story might be a bit hard to follow if you only watch it once, so I'll explain it real quick. Basically it's a guy who is mourning the death of his wife/girlfriend who died in a car accident. The way I did it might be a bit confusing, but I was basically just experimenting with how I could do it. It starts with him mourning, with a few flashbacks of them together, moves into her driving one day and dying in a wreck, then goes back to him mourning.

There should have been some more fades in there, especially going to and from the flashbacks, but for some reason The Movies decided not to export or save some of them. I might add a revised version later, but the last few times I've done that so few people have viewed, commented on, or rated the revised version that it might not be worth it. Also, the timing is very hard to get right with The Movies, so I basically gave up trying to do cuts at certain places, and just hoped that it worked out, because The Movies likes to lie about how far into the song you are by a second or two, which can make a big difference when you're timing cuts.

Please let me know what you think, even if you think it's crap, so I can improve on it or my next videos.

Crap . That was fast, and I don't get why they'd pull it, there are tons of unofficial music videos for songs, including that one, that are still up. I gave them credit in the video and the description. Oh well, I'll try one more time and hope they don't take it down this time.

I'll post the new link when it finishes downloading, but for the one or two people that would be willing to take time to download the file, here it is:

Woot, for some reason, even after retrying to upload 3 times and it being blocked almost instantly each time, I checked it again today and it now works, hopefully it will stay that way. I did submit a dispute arguing my case a few days ago so maybe that actually worked. I didn't get a text response, but maybe they responded by just unblocking the video. Anyways, here's the link, please watch, I'll repost in my first post as well.
