Pretty much. If I have the exact same vista that everyone else runs, the problems are either there or non existent. There can't be a bug on one copy and no bug on another copy of the exact same OS.
Quote: "I supported Vista for multiple developers, trust me there are issues"

I haven't seen any problems, but if you say you've seen, them, I'll take your word for it.
Quote: "But nothing Apple has done is illegal. They're allowed to advertise like that. It doesn't even have to be true!"

Yes, it DOES have to be true. Otherwise, its called, "false advertising" and THAT is illegal. If I put out a commercial saying that you were a transvestite, and that you ate puppies, you could sue me for false advertising and defamation of character.
Quote: "And what would Microsoft gain from filing a lawsuit against Apple"

They COULD gain control of Apple and eliminate some competition. Not saying that would be likely, but its possible.

Also, Look at this:

Leave it to Google Ads to pick the best banner for the occassion.

False advertising is when you promise something from your product that isn't true or can be disproven by 100% of the consumers.
This isn't the case with Apple's commercials, nor with MS's commercials against Apple.

No, false advertising is when you advertise something that is false, and/or claim it is true.

Quote: "False advertising is the use of false or misleading statements in advertising."

Well, go dig something up out of their commercials that fits the definition and go get MS to sue them! Quit posting here about it and go do it if it makes you so upset.

off topic, but Plystire, did you draw that avatar yourself? If so, it's pretty good

Are you talking about the lawsuit, the 'Microsoft can do no wrong' camp, or the 'Microsoft is evil' camp?

Whichever you choose, I agree
