I'd be surprised to see one by December. Probably next year. Patch 2 just came out.

Hey!! You talking to me?

I think there does need to be one out by Christmas; prefably by the end of this month mainly as there are a few basic things that need sorting.

The DBPRO team is just getting back from vacations/seminars. Figure 2 - 3 weeks of coding, then 2 weeks of testing you are at mid December at the earliest. Funny how time flies.

If it takes 5 weeks, thats bloody impressive, I'd like to see more testing mind.

You know what would be nice? A site which shows all known bugs, what's been fixed in which patch, what has a work around, and what's still outstanding/new.

Eddie.

I don't think it's impossible to see a Patch 3 prior to 2003, or maybe just a 2.5 interim, but until Lee gets back (next week) we'll not know for sure.

DBDN has a bugs system which Lee/Mike update. We'll be making plenty of changes to the sites early next year, but until then sit tight.

Cheers,

Rich

I would like to see a Known bugs/fixed/outstanding/workarounds web page, I have several workarounds in my current project, plus I have a source file which contains code demonstrating all the bugs I have hit against so far.

Yes it would be useful and it's something we'll do, just not until next year. I talked to Rick today and he's confident we'll have a full Patch 3 out before Christmas.

Cheers,

Rich

Hi Guys. From the horses mouth, Patch 3 - Due end of November That's my plan. Patch 4 will be a juicy one and will likely by a 2003 baby I suspect..

When things are finally as sorted as you are able to get them, which I understand with this product may take a minute or 2 and which I am happy to be around for and also if possible contribute to in a possotive manner, will you offer support to those in the community that have the most probable new illness of patch deficiency syndrome or PDS?, I am kind of wondering if this is around already... hehe

"DBpro or TombRaider-AoD"

DBPro, obviously. Make your own version of Tomb Raider with db pro. Except maybe drop Tomb and prefix with something like "Girls Changing Room". And also, seeing as it's your game, you can scale the ladies headlights to be as realistically small or unrealistically large as you like.
hehehe.
