Is anyone having problems logging into spore? the spore website is absolutely no freaking help, the post i'v found on the internet about how EA helped them get there account up and running again do not explain how EA helped them and trying to get help though the EA "contact us" or what not links is like waiting for spore to be made the website won't load certain pages.

Its frustrating if anyone here has had a problem like that were EA's tech support helped then can you tell me how you got it up and running again, my personal account works fine its my brother in-laws account he is a little computer illiterate, just reinstalled spore on his newest computer and now all of a sudden the game won't let him login, i know its a common problem that EA is having but if anyone can help it would be appreciated.

I'v already installed the game 3 times over tried my key code and his and neither work for him but i can still log into my account...
