I've been working on getting the forums on my website going, and it's been fairly steady. I started to Google Search how to get more active members, as we have a good amount of members, but only about 10 people who are really active in the community. I stumbled upon CommunitySpark.com. It's a blog-style website with different articles on how to make your web community more successful. I read nearly all of the ones related to the situation I'm in, and have started to work on incorporating their ideas into how I run my forum. The ideas make sense, and explain how to do it in a way that's easy to understand and implement on your own sites.
