The tracking code of your enquiry is: TRKSID9800655b2968f68a26a33740c696cdf3
This code has been sent to you via email along with instructions on how to check the status of your enquiry.

There are currently 8 enquiries in the queue awaiting replies.

At the moment we are typically replying to enquiries within 48 hours or less."

I copied that bit of info to a text file on Oct 10th. Now, it's two months later and I have still not received a reply message. Not only that, but I have made several submissions to the TGC help desk over the year and I have never gotten anything back.

What is the meaning of this?

While I have gotten those tracking emails for every enquiry I have made, I can also say that they were followed up with a human answered email within a few days.

Sorry to hear you are not getting any response. I honestly don't know what to make of it.

btw, My enquiries were all prior to this year, so I'm not sure if things have changed.

Do you know anything about how to use that tracking number? They give it to us but then I don't understand where to use it to 'track.'

Well from what I remember, you could paste the tracking# on the enquiry page, and it would give you an update on how many enquiries are still ahead of you. And if it was an answer that didn't require a lenghty response it would, bring up the reply.

I'll make an enquiry and see if it works (I had been meaning to ask something)

It sends you an email, with instructions on how to use the tracking#. Are you sure TGC has your current email address?

That's the freaking problem I'm trying to get fixed. They don't have my current email and I can't change it through the email change system. For some stupid reason I NEVER get an email to confirm the change. And let me be clear, because I know one wise guy is going to ask me if I've turned off all email filters. Yes, yes I have. I've even tried multiple different emails ranging from free yahoo and hotmail ones to my personal email that is at the bottom of the post. And I NEVER get a confirmation email.

I'll take a look into the inquiry thing.

Nope, don't see it. The only inquiry thing I see is for orders.

I haven't heard anything back yet. Did you try and send something? I just want to make sure that you sent something and I didn't get it and that the problem is actually at my end for some reason.

There is something strange about my ISP though... and I'm wondering if this has to do with it. For some reason, my ISP blocks email coming from certain ports (?), and the user has no way to unblock them. I literally have to call up and tell them to let something through... If there is a proble, I'm guessing that's it.
