Ok here is are my questions.(1) What is nessecary to make a game run on a cell phone. (2) Can DarkBASIC achieve these. (3) on a 1-10 scale how hard would this be?

No phone I'm aware of supports DirectX. Java(J2ME) is needed for most phones, the iPhone has its own SDK but is capable of using OGL for its graphics platform.

that sucks, how hard is java to learn? I want to start making 2Ds PC and phone, me and my partner for a schoolproject may be starting a game business
