no usb huh? Just won't read it in windows, or is it a hardware issue? If it's a windows issue, simply plugin an external cd drive and away you go.
If it's a hardware issue, you can remove the hard drive and plug it into a working computer, either with an external drive case, or if it's sata, just plug it into a sata port on a working computer. You can then install linux on that drive, you'll need to google for instructions on installing linux on an external hard drive.
You have very limited options if USB doesn't work and you can't plugin a cd drive.
